Marsha Ramroop is a global award-winning inclusion strategist, author, and speaker with a passion for driving change in the built and natural environments, with her own consultancy, Unheard Voice.

Marsha is one of the few international thought-leaders on cultural Intelligence – or CQ – and her book 'Building Inclusion: Practical Guide to Inclusion in Architecture & the Built Environment' speaks about how to deliver inclusion across how we attract a diversity of people to our professions and organisations, retain that diversity, create inclusion in our services and engage external stakeholders inclusively.

Marsha was the inaugural Director of Inclusion and Diversity at the Royal Institute of British Architects, before which she had a 30-year career in broadcasting, including 20 years at the BBC as a journalist.

Marsha is a Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a Fellow of the Institute of Diversity and Equality Professionals, and is an appointee to the International Advisory Council of the Institute of Business Ethics.
